Frequently Asked Questions
Is WEDDINGBOOK Studio for couples getting married, or for wedding venues?

WEDDINGBOOK Studio works exclusively with wedding venues and studios, not individual couples. We partner with venues to launch and produce Korean-style photo wedding brands they can offer their own customers. If you're a couple looking to book a Korean-style photo wedding, please contact one of our partner brands directly through their own booking channels, such as ATELIER OMOTESANDOH or K-PHOTO.

What exactly do you provide, and what does the venue provide?

We bring the creative expertise: naming and branding, a Korean creative team for the sample shoot, retouching, album production, and optional marketing operation. The venue provides the shooting space, and manages bookings and communication with its own couples. A full breakdown is on our Services page.

What’s the difference between "sample production" and a full "brand launch"?

Sample production is a standalone shoot: a signature set of Korean-style sample content your venue can use for advertising. A brand launch goes further, building a full Korean-style photo wedding line under its own name and identity, with sample production as one part of that. Both are covered under our Services.

How long does a brand launch take, from first conversation to opening?

Timelines vary by scope, but most launches move from initial concept to opening within a few months. Our Process timeline on the Services page shows the typical stages: concept, location and design, sample shoot, branding, and operation.

Do we need a Korean-style venue or interior already?

No. Part of what we bring is location and concept direction, including how to adapt an existing space, or plan sample content that works with what you already have.

Can we get retouching and album production without the full brand launch?

Yes. Retouch and album supply is available as its own service, independent of a full brand launch. See Services for the album specifications.

Which countries do you currently work in?

We're currently active in Japan and Vietnam, with venues in Tokyo, Shibuya, and Hanoi, and we're expanding to new cities and markets across Asia. If your venue is elsewhere, reach out. We'd like to hear from you.

How do we start?

Send us an inquiry with a few details about your venue. We'll follow up within a few business days to talk through fit and next steps.
